Merlin Hellebore (Helleborus ‘Merlin’)
“Helleborus begins to turn on it’s charm as much of your garden starts to sleep, and Merlin takes it to another level with foliage so attractive I’d plant it just for it’s leaf color. It begins to burst with outward facing large flowers around November and can continue to showboat through March. The blooms begin as light pink and mature to a stunning deep cranberry color. As we deal with grey days and long winter nights here in the PNW, this variety of perennial brightens up gardens when we need it most. Houzz.com featured this excellent pick just for our area recently.”
